Base relation: CNY ¥1 = 100 credits. Credits are usable only for LabOmni digital services; they cannot be withdrawn, transferred, traded or redeemed for cash. Any tax, currency conversion and final total must be separately disclosed and confirmed before payment.
02. How usage is charged
Loi combines actual research-agent resource consumption with separately priced professional capabilities. Where enabled, charges reflect model Tokens, AI search, tool execution, computing resources and professional exports. The same model Tokens must not be counted twice; independent tools or value-added services may have separate disclosed charges.
A credit amount does not guarantee a fixed number of papers, diagrams, slides or successful tasks. Cost depends on the actual inputs, model, tool use and output requested. The former standard-task calculator is retired and is not a live tariff.

- OpenAI GPT series · Provider: OpenAI.
- AI image generation
- GPT Image · Provider: OpenAI. Used to generate scientific illustrations and other requested images.
Text capabilities use OpenAI GPT services; image generation uses OpenAI GPT Image. Actual availability and model versions follow the feature interface and pre-execution notice. Naming a model does not set a fixed task price or open purchasing.
03. Rates & execution confirmation
The pack price and exchange relation are determined; the following execution rates and controls are not yet published or opened. The existence of a pack is not evidence that paid research execution is launch-ready.

Before a paid task runs, its rate version, estimated consumption and maximum authorised budget must be shown and confirmed. Going over the maximum requires another authorisation. Cancellation can still incur actual authorised resources already used; unused reserved budget must be released. These are requirements for launch, not claims that the controls are working today.
04. Purchased & promotional credits
Purchased credits and gifts must be recorded separately. Promotional eligibility, expiry and reversals follow the particular published activity rules when available. This page does not offer a bonus, a trial balance or an unannounced product. Existing purchased-credit quantity or agreed value must not be retroactively reduced without a valid agreement. Any validity limit must be agreed before the relevant purchase.
05. Refunds & support
Within 7 days, an entirely unused purchased-credit order may be submitted for an original-channel refund subject to applicable conditions. Actual properly delivered resource consumption is generally not refunded for subjective dissatisfaction. Duplicate charges, confirmed billing errors, non-delivery and mandatory legal rights are handled separately. Please read the full policy before any purchase.
